In his role as Solution Colony's CEO / President, Sanmi leads the company's strategic
direction and vision. With more than 12 years of innovative software technology
industry experience, Sanmi draws on his extensive software development expertise
to identify opportunities to advance various industrial solutions. An avid entrepreneur,
Sanmi was founder of many of Nigeria's first technological solution products including
SMSColony, Voucher Colony, CyberKlock (a well renowned CyberCafe Management system),
Doctors Notes and RetailSys (a well accepted Retail and Point of Sales software
for pharmacies, restaurants and hotels).
Prior to founding SC, Sanmi was well known in the technological community as a passionate
innovator of technology in solving everyday issues within the business community.
With early career experience in the United States, Sanmi achieved success with several
early-stage technological products including VoucherColony, Virtual Kard and CyberKlock.
As the company's Chief Technologist, Sanmi recently spearheaded Solutions Colony's
strategic efforts with multiple manufacturers in Beijing and Hong Kong to design
and manufacture custom biometric hardware products that seamlessly integrate with
the company's extensive biometric software solutions.

As Exec. Vice President of Business Development, Lincoln develops and manages Solution
Colony's (SC) strategic partnerships and establishes initiatives for defining SC's
products and services. In addition, Lincoln is responsible for tracking emerging
technological trends and providing guidance on future market conditions. Having
co-founded Solutions Colony with his brother, Sanmi, Lincoln brings more than 10
years of high technology consulting, business development, marketing and executive
management experience to SC. Lincoln has held technological consulting positions
with major Fortune 500 companies in various industries including Goldman Sachs, Schlumberger,
MOTOROLA, Wells Fargo, Cap Gemini Ernst Young (CGEY) and Arthur Andersen amongst others.

Ryan Francis

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As CFO for Solutions Colony (SC), Ryan manages SC’s financial operations with responsibility
for accounting, financial analysis, tax, investor relations, and audit. Prior to joining SC, Ryan spent seven years as a management consultant at Andersen
Consulting, now known as Accenture, in Europe and the United States. He holds a
B,Sc degree in Corporate Finance from Imperial College, London University and a
M.B.A from New York University (NYU).

Vinay Bharti

Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO)
As Chief Information Officer at Solutions Colony (SC), Vinay is responsible for
the SC Research Labs and shared technologies, emerging technologies, architecture
and standards, localization and secure coding, and developing the technology strategy
for the company. Vinay works closely with the CEO to guide SC’s investments in advanced
biometrics research and is responsible for the company’s strategic partnerships
in China.
